Slimming with Nutrilite - Part 1
Here I come with the Slimming Program using Nutrilite (Platinum and Gold Award from Reader Digest). There are few tricks for slimming
1) Less taking Oily and Carbohydrate food at all time
2) Exercise for faster effect
3) Morning - Taking some good vitamin and mineral breakfast
4) Lunch - Talking Balance Food (Rice, Meat, Vegi and Fruit)
5) Dinner - Taking less amount of food in this time. Avoid Oily and Carbohydrate food
6) Supper - Don’t take at all :)
As Vincent said, the program will need to have 3 week at least. I follow the program For 2 week with jogging and doing light exercise at hope. Result would not so satisfy. In the 2 weeks times, I event can’t see any different in my weight. I am really very serious about the slimming program. Vincent is scolded by me few times. However I tried until 3 weeks. Finally i lose 1 week. But I really said with the result. I tell Vincent I don’t want continue to take the program and stop at all. He was very sad with the word. I can see from his eye :p My Lovely GF who advise me don’t like tat, be persistence in doing something. Vincent and my GF also told me that how much time u take to FAT and it is how much time you need to recude it. I agreed with the statement that they told me. I keep continue for 3 weeks. But... after 1 week of that i slim down 1KG more mean it is 2KG already.
After confident with the process and keep until 1 more month. Second month passed, guess what???? I lost 4KG more hehehehe... Damn... i so happy with that. After slimming program is finish, I continue with a Detoxification program. WTF detoxification?? What is that ? ohhh it is a process that cannot eat anything except drinking juices(vegi and fruit) only. The Process Is hell process!! Cannot Eat...

2 Month - 6KG
